Returns & Warranty Policy

At Arctic Air Supply, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and warranty policies before making your purchase.

Returns may be accepted on eligible products within the manufacturer's allowable return period.

To qualify for a return:

Products must be unused and uninstalled.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if required by the manufacturer or supplier, must be obtained before returning any item.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will work with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

As an Authorized MRCOOL Dealer, Arctic Air Supply proudly offers genuine MRCOOL products backed by applicable manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer.
