Shipping & Delivery
Most HVAC systems and equipment ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight.
Typical delivery times are:
- Processing: 1–3 Business Days
- Transit: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or manufacturer availability.
Freight Deliveries
Large HVAC equipment is delivered by freight carrier.
Before your order arrives:
- Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
- Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise specified.
Inspect Your Shipment
Please inspect your shipment before signing for delivery.
If your shipment arrives with visible damage:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos of the packaging and product.
- Contact us immediately at support@arcticairsupply.com.
Failure to report shipping damage at delivery may affect the carrier's ability to process a freight claim.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your shipment.
